There are at least 2 different varieties of Diehl case.

There's the current one that uses a Subaru starter...

And the old one that uses a starter off a Ski-doo snowmobile (Rotax
starter) - I found this out when I tried to put a Subaru starter in my
plane & it didn't fit.

One of the engine makers (HAPI, I think) also made their own version.
