Yup. There is a difference in annuals tailored by a knowlegeable internist for your particular health profile, and self- assessing before each flight, and a bureaucratically-driven cookie cutter government physical every two years. It was a well-meaning policy, but the former is as safe or safer for us. And I had a colonoscopy (results-fine) but without general anesthesia because I saw a news piece that it was not necessary. All I can say is Brian williams aint the only fibber on the tv!
