They and we are getting into the group where cancer, circulatory issues and such are more and more prevalent. Physicals are an excellent procedure to find and head off those health problems. Colonoscopy is considered the "gold standard" for detecting and preventing colorectal cancer. Blood tests can quickly find all manner of health issues. Just because the FAA may say you don't need to anymore, is no reason to let yourself fall victim to neglect. Treat yourself just as you treat your KR and get that annual condition inspection.
