For those flying from the east (almost everything is east from California!),
September/October is the nicest time of year across the mountains of New Mexico
and Arizona. Oklahoma is windy no matter what the time of year, but once you
get into the mountains in New Mexico, it's usually pretty nice in September.

The invitation is still open for those coming from the east to spend a night in
Los Alamos. It makes for a good maintenance stop if necessary and I have
hangar space to put at least 2 or 3 (maybe 4) KRs in for the night. I'm still
on the fence as to whether I will attend due to an unresolved private matter.
But whether I do or not, you are all welcome to make a stop here.
