Where I'm getting my measurements from are from the AS5045 drawings. Not from the plans. The fwd center spar caps are 2.16". Add the web material you come up with 2.253". This would be the same for the outboard spar also. The AS5045 outboard spar is .22" wider. So I think it would be best to take it off from the outboard spar. The AS5045 aft spars are only .193 wider. I think I would shim there and not trim.
