I hope all issues are fixed now. One little annoyance I noticed since my update
to kde-4.8rc2: when in inline-edit-mode the edited contactlist-entry is not
blanked out for the edit field, but the edit field is displayed on top, which
is not so good-looking as in kde-4.7. perhaps because of changes in qt-4.8?
Description

This adds a context option "rename" to contacts and allows to change the custom
displayname inline. In combination with a shortcut (typically F2) a very
comfortable way to quickly rename contacts. The displayname-source is
automatically set to "custom".
This addresses bug 206279.
