Ali, we need the website running before doing anything. Put yourself in the role of a potential consumer or a guy that knows some stuff and it's looking for a job/voluntary job. Basically we dont' exist! We need to stack up our resources, gather a couple of specialties and then proceed to the rest. We can't start incrementally adding features to us because we're dealing with a highly concentrated and exploited market - the consultancy one - and if we have nothing in the first place, we'll be nothing. We need to excel in this, and that I guarantee you. In regard to website, I just posted what JasonO told me in regard to those 404 not found errors. Why you can't add people, I have no clue.
