Can you explain this tutorial a bit more? Esp. the part about poxml / kdesdk - 
what do I need it for? I've followed the steps below and installed x-test 
language, the files reside in:

/home/milian/projects/compiled/kde4/share/locale/x-test/LC_MESSAGES/

I still cannot trigger your behavior - do I need to set some paths to make my 
env aware of the i18n stuff there?
