German NEO2 Layout:
After huge plasma update the "zero" key on layer 4 (Mod3 + "Space") isn't
working anymore.
It's registered as a "normal" space-keypress.
Other keys work normally on that layer.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open systemsettings->input devices->keyboard & add and select German/Neo 2 as a
keyboard layout.
Actual Results:
Pressing Mod3-Key + SPACE-Key returns " " not "0" as expected.
Expected Results:
"0" should be returned
Other tests on WMs:
Expected behaviour on Hyprland (Wayland) and QTile (X11).
