            Bug ID: 372792
Summary: Change volume via mouse wheel (scrolling) on kmix
symbol in smaller steps (e.g. 1% instead 7%)
           Product: kmix
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Mint (Ubuntu based)
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: KMix Panel Docking
          Assignee: es...@kde.org
          Reporter: stu109...@mail.uni-kiel.de
  Target Milestone: ---

I can change the volume of my PC by moving the mouse over the volume symbol in
the system tray (KMix I think?). Scrolling over this icon changes volume, which
is quite handy.

Sadly the amount of the change is set to 7% which is quite a huge step. When I
listen to music I have around 25% volume in total.

My questions are:
  1. Can one configure the step value from 7% to 1%? So that the volume changes
one percent after the other.
  2. If there is no such option, why not just setting the default to 1%?
Scrolling can be done fast. So having a more fine grained control is better
than huge steps.
