Glitching the video card itself to lose the hdmi port hard reset everything
oddly, which caused me to have to re-setup resolution and everything here, but
once back in order, the task bar was still sitting on dfp-1 (right of 3) when
set to dfp-2 (middle of 3).  

Weird part is when doing that, cairo-dock that I use suddenly thought it's
primary display was dfp-1 as well, and moved there, where at least it typically
knew it should be in center relative to x resolution.  Really odd.

I did use nvidia-setting to re-setup the display, as last time using kde
display settings blew it up, is it possible it's setting a wrong index qt vs
gtk-based apps are following?  Cairo seems more gtk-based, but kde is typically
more "wrong" in terms of display, aside from currently.

So far every time I boot neon I seem to get a different behavior now.  Keeps
life interesting at least.
