--- Comment #238 from Michael Butash <mich...@butash.net> --- So yeah, the task bar bouncing back and forth between monitors is back with this, actually 5.8.3-0neon+16.04+build* versions, and this was from a neon cd direct install. Any time I've shut off my displays, making them disappear on the hdmi, it rearranges the task bar again despite whatever display is set as primary. The only real different now is the later version, and that I'm using an nvidia card with binary drivers vs. amd with oss drivers. Both seem to still use xrandr for control though, so I don't know what the issue is (or technically what was fixed prior). I've had kwin start glitching, and rearranging my wallpapers again (sigh) too, which had been resolved. Trying to use kde display manager instead of nvidia-setting caused my hdmi port on the video card to disappear from being found, just trying to change around the primary desktop to get it to stick my taskbar in the right spot.
