--- Comment #217 from Nate Graham <n...@kde.org> --- Plasma fully supports multiple screens, it's just that this design error causes that support to be buggy for certain combinations of screens, graphics cards, connection methods, kernels, physical positioning, whether you're using Wayland or X11, and so on. The number of variables that go into it is quite enormous. This is why it works perfectly for some people, and terribly for others. It's true that there was a significant regression surrounding multi-monitor support earlier this year, but it was a result of us doubling down on the existing approach and trying our best to make it work more robustly. That it has the opposite effect cemented our resolve to replace the current buggy screen connector ID based system to something more reliable. It's being planned out now and I do have high hopes for it to be shipped with Plasma 5.26.
