This issue is caused by installing into a local icon branch, instead of system
icon banches. This seems always to be a problem, especially as Kdenlive does
not set up a new icon theme, but instead installs its own icons and also
required thensystem theme, which then may take even precence. Most users will
install into system locations anyway. Eating my own dog food, Im closing this
report.
