SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin
2. open another dolphin window

OBSERVED RESULT
new windows from the same app get placed in the same position, overlaying the
old window

EXPECTED RESULT
Kwin honors the "Window placement" setting
