Scheduler: schedule On + Until jobs in the plan simulation Jobs with an "On" startup and an "Until" completion condition get their duration from the startup time to the finish time. The greedy scheduler's simulation clears the startup time of its job copies, so these jobs were estimated at 0 seconds and marked complete. They were left out of the plan and stayed idle, except for the job that was selected to run next. Fall back to the configured start time when the startup time is not set. Add a unit test with two contiguous On + Until jobs, an On + Until case to testGreedy, and testGreedyStartAtFinishAt, which runs both jobs end to end with the mock modules.
