ever since updating to plasma 6.8.0, im experiencing an issue where when my
cursor is moving between screens, applications that are maximized flashes a
gray overlay or gives a gray overlay until i move my cursor. im observing the
issue more on visual code and google chrome. ive can confirm on my machine that
the issue only exists on plasma 6.8 as rolling back to a previus version does
not show the issue.
