STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open a Desktop file's proprieties.
OBSERVED RESULT
Despite having a lot of screen space, the File Proprieties window is smaller
than its contents.
EXPECTED RESULT
The File Proprieties window shouldn't be smaller than its contents.
