Add sha256 hash of the properties.yml file to the cache Reject any cache files with a properties hash that doesn't match the cache file. This way, any changes to the data model automatically cause the cache file to become invalid, rather than having to remember to bump CacheVersion. CacheVersion is kept to ensure we have a mechanism to invalidate cache outside of changes to the data model file.
