setting that I mean
Problem is that with settings shown on screen window focus prevention doesn't
work normally. Medium doesn't block windows coming to front with their dialogs
etc, but high breaks wine games etc from getting active keyboard focus even
being selected, focused etc.
Long ago it all worked normally on medium, then KDE kept changing it changing
until it's completely broken.
Expected normal solution is like it was previously no windows allowed to come
above active selected window even if it's system stuff etc, all must be below,
but it must keep keyboard etc operational if window explicitely selected,
especially currently problem ones like Wine, where whole screen capture of
window happens.
