Dolphin cannot generate thumbnails for the image (generic icon shown). kioworker crashes with SIGSEGV while running thumbnail.so. The image is a tiled HEIC (6×8 tiles), and the backtrace goes through thumbnail.so → imagethumbnail.so → kimg_heif.so → libheif.so → ImageItem_Grid. Additionally: After repeated kioworker crashes, Plasma starts showing repeated placeholder tray icons and DrKonqi notifications.
