I'm using NixOS (which is inherently different due to its declarative nature), but I'm also experiencing this issue with Plasma 6.3 in both X11 and Wayland sessions while using a 4K 240Hz monitor, and I'd like to fix it. At 120Hz, I don't have major issues, but as soon as I switch to 240Hz, the whole system feels like it's running at 60Hz (I even confirmed this with Blur Busters).
