So my clip was 5s and yours is 3s and we had slightly different crops, so I re-cropped and changed duration to 3s (uploaded to the shared drive). I then opened the modified and the 22.08.1 version with VLC and watched them alternate in loop mode. Watching the left edge of the video where the beige door frame slides out of frame, my perception is the 22.08.1 version is a tiny bit bit smoother, but the difference seems imperceptible when not looking for the difference.
