Image is rotated around the top left corner of the top left pixel. I spent some time with OpenOffice Calc and the result is attached. The spread sheet should create a valid world file from parameters and calculate back the pixels and rotations in the opposite way. I hope I understood it right. I wonder why ESRI has not published something like this. Please check if the formulas make sense to you. -Jukka-
