Hi,

I have noticed that OJ just installed from zip on Windows with 32-bit jre does
not start on some machines with the first trial. Another try with
oj_windows.bat is successful and later there are no problems. Well, if I have
many Java programs open the automatic detection may try to take more memory
than is available but that happens also if fixed maximum amount of memory is
set in the batch file.

Hi Ede,

I tried OpenJUMP 1.6.2 at work today and could not start it.
I put some pause here and there in the batch file and finally
get this message (I let you use your favorite translator).

[I put the message in a text file because my mail server detected it as spam]

I think this is related to the use of system ressources to detect
available memory and to our security policy (I worked in a user
session without admin rights).
