Stefan, The plug-in should have loaded a top-level menu named "SurveyOS". It will have a menu item called "GPX" that will allow you to import a GPX file. The plug-in only supports the import of waypoints and tracks, not routes, and it doesn't have any write capabilities.
I need to get it properly integrated as a DataSource so the extra menu command isn't needed.
