Place the gpx-plugin.jar file in your /lib/ext folder. Make sure the
JAR files in the dependencies zip file our somewhere on your OJ
classpath. For the time being, I'm just putting these in the /lib
folder.

I'll get a proper release with the source code and JAR files on the
SurveyOS website soon. The source code will also be available in the
GeoTools SVN. I'll be working on these housekeeping tasks the next day
or two.

I appreciate any feedback on the use of this initial release of the GPX plug-in.
