Hei, ok.. yes.. would be good if you/peppe and others can go through the menu functions and evaluate which ones are essential and which are not. For now, almost all of the plugins that are found in the default-plugins.xml file are tools-menu plugins whereas all others related to map navigation, drawing and file-in-out are "fixed" in the configuration files.
