There is also another image format in the MapServer defaults that is not correctly encoded in the requests sent by OpenJUMP, <Format>image/svg+xml</Format> Here the Plus sign gets changed to Space, but I don't believe OJ could show it anyway so that's not so dangerous. I do not know what is wrong with <Format>image/tiff</Format>. The request is right but OpenJUMP does not show the image.
