Just to let you know, I've added a kind of a 'hidden' feature some time ago. If you select the very last entry in the list, a file dialog pops up to let you choose a custom fill from a file. But I cannot imagine that this is related to the bug. Maybe there is just a repaint() missing somewhere. Often, a repaint() is necessary on Windows but not on Linux (or vice versa).
