Hi,

I had actually never before used those constrained tools, but now once I
played a bit with those I found that they are pretty simple to use and
perfect for creating rectangular buildings etc. I have to check from
the documentation if the use of Shift, Ctrl and Shift+Ctrl keys is
explained well there.

These tools feels just the same as the normal ones if constraints are
not activated from the keyboard. However, reserving Ctrl key for other
purpose eliminates the keyboard shortcut for selecting features and
that's a pity. Could there be some way to keep this shortcut?
Shift+Ctrl+Alt seems to be unused combination.

In constraint setting dialog selecting fixed angle constraint should
deactivate the incremental angle contraint, because so it works. You
can't use both these contraints at the same time and fixed angle seems
to have priority if both check boxes are selected.
