The code is included in OpenJUMP, but enabled only by the deeJUMP plugin. If there's interest, I could (for testing purposes) replace the current dialog with the modified one. That would enable us to merge this change back and thus remove redundant code. I suppose that would make it easier to add the mentioned features of the colour theming styles as well.
