I was reading a little today about Bouy, one of the libraries we are using in OpenJUMP. It seems very interesting. I'm curious if this library is a dependency of the core, or if it is instead being used by plug-ins.
Is the Bouy library still maintained? It seems from reading the Bouy website that is was created by a single programmer.
