I'm not really sure how many developers are actively contributing to the OpenJUMP CVS. If the traffic is low, I thought that it would be a doog time to make the switch. If you are currently using the CVS extensively and don't want to mess with SVN, perhaps the switch is a bad idea. Let me know if you think there is significant use of the CVS right now.
