Yes. I would actually propose doing it now (in its own refactoring PR). Then
we can rename `assignedPartitionsWithEpochs` and
`partitionsPendingRevocationWithEpochs` to `assignedPartitions` and
`partitionsPendingRevocation`. I think the "withEpochs" naming is clunky and
it's cleaner if we can avoid it. By removing the base method, we no longer need
to make the distinction for consumer groups.
