Review Comment:
So we could remove `assignedPartitions` from `ModernGroupMember` interface,
and instead only add it as a field for `ShareGroupMember`? (Maybe in a future
ticket)
Right now i will substitute all blocks where
`ConsumerGroupMember#assignedPartitions` are called with the new
`ConsumerGroupMember#assignedPartitionsWithEpochs` instead.
