It's possible that isn't an issue; I suspect the searcher and/or request being open after the core close will keep the core increment one higher and thus not _actually_ closed until the searcher/request is. I didn't look close though. Any way, It'd be good to see code follow a more obvious structure where close calls are handled automatically instead of manually, and thus it's more easy to get right and just plain easier to read. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
