All major spotless changes except for
"solr/solrj/src/test/org/apache/solr/client/solrj/io/stream/" tracked in
SOLR-16070 have been merged into main, branch_9x, and branch_9_0. Big thanks to
[~erickerickson] and [~dsmiley] for reviewing these changes and helping out.
These PRs are ready for review for adding the recent spotless commits to
.git-blame-ignore-revs:
