   I could go either way but seeing your simpler proposal, seems like a lot of
   yellow but there really is a difference from 90% of my replicas being up
   and only 10%! So what if we reserve orange for <20% of replicas up? That
   would at least differentiate some of the yellow with what I would consider
   a really bad situation in the cluster even though it is still serving some
   traffic.
