I think it looks better. I suppose you can add some RefGuide edits as well as part of this PR? and a CHANGES entry. Q: Do we really need an ORANGE level? The traffic light analogy is well understood, i.e. what would smashing together yellow and orange to yellow really lose? If you were an OPS person, would you not take a YELLOW warning alarm in Slack just as seriously as an ORANGE one?
