Added the regression coverage from #11593 in commit 13d2c6f1b2: - Pipeline sync runs on its real background thread, fails the first SCM call, and then successfully syncs again. The test waits for actual synchronization and completion records because the shared handler now sets status `0` before execution. - Container health waits after a failed sweep, with an additional check that the task thread remains alive. Both regression tests failed against the pre-fix implementation and passed with this PR’s implementation. All 17 related tests, checkstyle, and `git diff --check` passed. Recon RAT checks passed; the full repository RAT check failed on 60 existing license entries under `bats-support` and `bats-assert`. This preserves the regression coverage for both issues reported in HDDS-17071 while keeping the shared failure handling in this PR. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
