Review Comment:
This needs to be better handled in `ReconScmTask` base class with some logic
similar to being done in `ContainerHealthTask` as similar issue was handled in
`ContainerHealthTask`, and exists in `PipelineSyncTask` also, so better handle
in base class which should fix for all 3.
