Summary: Storage Capacity Distribution

Given a cluster with X TB of ozone-used capacity out of a total of Y TB, the
requirement is to break down the X TB of used capacity. The following are some
of the ways this X TB of capacity could be utilized:
* OM-referred spaces: space occupied by actual FSO and OBS keys
* Space occupied by open keys/open files
* Delete-occupied space (in-progress) on OM side
* Delete-occupied space (in-progress) on SCM side
* Delete-occupied space (in-progress) on DN side
* Apart from this, the remaining space may be attributed to orphan blocks or
any other space used for book-keeping purposes.
We need to provide the user with a detailed breakdown (above mentioned
categories) of the ozone-used capacity that adds up to the total ozone-used
capacity as seen from the storage reports:
