Rather starved for stories I'm afraid, mainly due to our being busy with
personal stuff lately.

She ported Linux to run on the AMD SC410 architecture, and is in charge of
that port. She's also putting together a distribution for said SC410 boards
her employer makes (though it should be a useful tiny distro in its own
right). It's all embedded-stuff. Very little RAM, no HD, that sort of thing.
Apparently the JPL are among the people currently trying it out. She's
having to fork the 2.2 tree at the moment to do it, but intends to get it
all merged back into 2.4 which has the structural changes she needs.
Anyway, although Andrea was as it turns out a mis-read there *are* several
women on the kernel team, though I can't name any of them offhand right now.
