Yep, yours truly, long a card-carrying member of the Libertarian Party
and proud anarcho-capitalist, accidentally formed an ad-hoc labor union
.... and got told she could be fired for "discussing salary information
with coworkers."
BTW, that threat is a violation of federal law in the US.
