We don't know. We're trying to figure it out.
Start by listening, and trying to learn where we're currently at.
Go through the archives, and /read/ them. Thoroughly. Reread everything
you don't quite understand. Especially things written by people who
put thought into things, or were trying to explain things to others.
Get hold of feminist literature, or 'women's studies' textbooks. Study
history, psychology, sociology, philosophy. Learn.
Yup. It's hard. I'm not proposing a quick, five-step answer. Because
there isn't one.
