I wouldn't ask you to exclude them online; we haven't at baylinuxchix
either. However, I was bringing up a face-to-face analogy for what I saw
happening on the forum.

I agree that it's unfortunate. I think that IF we had a strong group
identity as a women's group, the presence of the occasional CMOTW wouldn't
derail us. But we're new, so it has a more profound effect.
