Just to level set, because I think we are talking at cross purposes:

I believe that Kelly is recommending a lawyer for the guy who wants to make money
off of an adult Linux distribution, not to the people who release themes with girly
pics and not to the themes.org people. Kelly, is that right?

My posting, and I believe most of the recent postings, have been about the adult
distribution and no longer about the themes.
