Hm. No, I think that's a bad idea. "Free and open exchange of ideas"
and all that. Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm going to have as few
restrictions like that on my lists as possible.
Things that are discouraged are:
1) flames (which are different than heated debates)
2) being off topic (if you want to go off topic, take it to "grrltalk")
