When you consider that M$ is paying the testing labs to do the benchmarking,
whose product do you think is going to come out on top? What amazed me is
that the article regarding this was posted on ZDnet....I had to dig on M$'s
website to find the actual page. It kinda reminds me of right before
Windows 95 came out...PC Computing (I think) did a big comparison on Windows
95 and OS/2 Warp.... the bottom line- Warp was a faster, more robust, easier
to use OS (in their words). The recommendation- buy Windows 95. Major
advertisers? Not IBM...M$ instead.

I do wonder about the benchmarks, though. After having BSD, Linux, and
other Unix boxen running for a year or more without a reboot, while having
to reboot NT servers under less load...errr...more often, why aren't there
any benchmarks that show Linux to be better? Or are they just hidden?
